Service Description
Service includes: Consultation to ensure you get your perfect cut. Hair washed and conditioned Cut Blowdried and styled Short/cropped hair £25 Medium length hair £30 Long hair £35 * Appointment requires a booking fee. You will receive a WhatsApp message from me within 24 hours of booking your appointment containing my bank details. Your appointment is not confirmed until your booking fee is received.
Cancellation Policy
Deposits All appointments require a deposit at the time of booking to secure your slot. Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances. Cancellations & Rescheduling Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the loss of the deposit. If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, the full treatment cost is payable, unless previously arranged. Full payment may be required before any future bookings can be made. Late Arrivals Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late will be turned away, and the appointment will be cancelled. A new appointment date may be offered, subject to availability. The deposit will be forfeited, and full payment may still be required. No-Shows Failure to attend your appointment without notice will result in: Loss of deposit Full treatment cost becoming payable Exceptions Any alternative arrangements must be agreed in advance and confirmed by us. All exceptions are at our discretion. By booking an appointment, you confirm that you have read and agreed to this policy.
