Service Description
1.Cleanse After tying up your hair, we will remove any makeup that you are wearing. We will then remove the cleanser from your face using wet sponges or cotton pads. 2.Consultation In this process, we will assess your skin. Check your pores, pinch your skin for elasticity, and ask you about your skin care routine and expectation from the facial before recommending facial products that suited to your skin type. 3.Exfoliation This step involves using agel-based, cream based or mask exfoliator on your face. We will slowly massage the product on your face and neck to get rid of dry patches and dead skin. Later she will remove it with wet wipes, sponge or cotton pads. 4.Dermaplane Dermaplaning is a gentle, non-invasive exfoliation technique that uses a sterile, surgical-grade blade to carefully remove dead skin cells and fine vellus hair (often called "peach fuzz") from the skin's surface. This step leaves the skin feeling smoother and allows for better absorption of skincare products applied afterward. 5.Microneedling Microneedling is a minimally invasive skincare treatment that uses a device with fine, sterile needles to create tiny punctures in the skin’s surface. This process stimulates the skin’s natural healing response, promoting collagen production and improving the skin’s texture, tone, and overall appearance. 6.Extraction In this step, We will extract blackheads from your skin. Most problematic areas are the nose and under lips. 7.Massage The massage increases the lubricity of your skin, your sinuses feel clearer and you feel calm and relaxed. We will use a lotion or essential oil for the massage. 8.Mask We will apply a mask on your face according to your skin’s needs. 9.LED While the mask is setting you will be placed until the LED (Light Emitting Diode) Light this is a non-invasive skincare treatment that uses varying wavelengths of light to target different skin concerns. Each light color penetrates the skin at different depths, promoting healing, reducing inflammation, and stimulating collagen production. It’s a safe and relaxing way to address issues like acne, redness, and signs of aging without downtime. 10.Final Touches Before letting you go home, we may apply cream or gel to your face as final touches and keep your facial skin hydrated.
Cancellation Policy
Deposits All appointments require a deposit at the time of booking to secure your slot. Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances. Cancellations & Rescheduling Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the loss of the deposit. If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, the full treatment cost is payable, unless previously arranged. Full payment may be required before any future bookings can be made. Late Arrivals Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late will be turned away, and the appointment will be cancelled. A new appointment date may be offered, subject to availability. The deposit will be forfeited, and full payment may still be required. No-Shows Failure to attend your appointment without notice will result in: Loss of deposit Full treatment cost becoming payable Exceptions Any alternative arrangements must be agreed in advance and confirmed by us.
